The lumpfish is a thick-skinned, lumpy cold-water fish found mostly in the North Pacific, but also in the North Atlantic and Arctic oceans.
A medium-sized roe with a salty flavour and a subtle pop, it makes an ideal garnish, or stir it into creamy fish sauces to enhance both the flavour and appearance.
Lumpfish caviar has proven very popular with its ability to upgrade everyday dishes.
Before Opening: Store in a cool, dark place. After Opening: Once opened, keep refrigerated between 2°C to 8°C and consume within 3 days of opening.
